What types of plastic waste do you recycle into usable materials?
We process both post-industrial and post-consumer waste, including LDPE, HDPE, PET, PP, PS, and engineering plastics such as PC/ABS blends, to produce high-quality recycled granules.
How do you ensure the technical consistency of recycled granules?
Each batch is tested for Melt Flow Index (MFI), density, intrinsic viscosity (IV), color, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided with every shipment.
Can you produce custom-compounded recycled materials?
Yes. We offer tailor-made formulations including filler-reinforced (e.g. calcium carbonate, glass fiber), UV-stabilized, anti-static, and pre-colored compounds to match customer needs.
Can we return our own scrap materials to be recycled and reused?
Absolutely. We specialize in closed-loop programs where your own production waste is collected, reprocessed, and returned to you in granule form, ready for reuse in your production.
Are your recycled materials compliant with environmental regulations?
Yes. All materials are produced under ISO 14001-certified processes and can be supplied with ISCC PLUS certification. We support compliance with EPR, PPWR, and other global regulations.
